SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

• We currently ship to the UK only.

• We do ship to Northern Ireland as part of the UK.

• We do not currently offer international shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

• We endeavour to process all orders on the same or next working day, this means we will have your order ready to ship on the next working day at the latest.

• Our working days are Monday to Friday, at peak times we may extend our working days to include weekends.

• For next day delivery, the order must be received before 12pm.

• Same day shipping for next day delivery is not always possible, therefore is not guaranteed.

SHIPPING TIMES

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

• The shipping time is how long after despatch it will take for your order to be delivered - it will depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

• The shipping costs depend on the monetary value of your order and it's total size and weight, this is calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping is available when you spend £50 or more, this will not be a guaranteed next day service.

LOCAL DELIVERY

• Delivery within 6km of Whaley Bridge is available for free, regardless of weight or size.

• Local delivery orders are subject to standard order processing times and will be hand-delivered the same or next working day.

IN-STORE PICKUP

• We do not currently offer a publicly accessible store or any options for in-store collections.
