Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@mychickadee.co.uk with the item description, reason for return and the original order number. If your return is accepted, you will need to return the item to us at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or refund gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to drop us an email on info@mychickadee.co.uk with your original order number, details of the item you want to send back and details of the item you want to exchange for. We will then discuss with you the best way to exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded onto your original payment method, we endeavour to do this within 48hrs but it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
