The smooth natural solid wooden shapes must be fitted correctly into their matching holes in each rainbow colour panel, then the panels can be layered to complete the stack. The set provides opportunities for developing logic and reasoning, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, colour recognition, shape recognition and shape matching.
 
The shapes can be stacked to create a shape tower and with the panels would make fun stencils or for squashing into play dough. The set can also be used in drawing and colouring activities.
